Explore the model through real situations, simulated

Model in Action

Choose a scenario. Follow the connections. See where you could fit.

Explore how institutions can coordinate existing resources to create opportunities for individuals and communities. Our simulations make the model visible through people, institutions, shared work, and intended community benefits.

Start with a situation you recognize.

01 / LEARNING & OPPORTUNITY

Accessible Adult Learning

A college has learning capacity. Community institutions know adults seeking new skills. Digital services and access resources can help connect them.

Follow a guided journey from institutional alignment to an individual’s possible participation—and the evidence needed to understand the benefits.

Based on the general institutional collaboration simulation. All institutions are fictional.

02 / ARTS & COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION

From an Exhibit to an Ecosystem

A seasonal arts setting can connect outreach, learning, creative production, storytelling, and research within a continuing community initiative.

Explore the public scenario overview while its expanded guided journey is developed.

A proposed development scenario. Site access, partners, funding, and research arrangements require further agreement.

What to look for

See the connections behind the opportunity.

Institutions

What each can contribute, what each needs, and why collaboration could be useful.

Individuals

How someone encounters an opportunity, explores its fit, participates, and contributes.

Community benefits

What partners intend to change, what must be documented, and how evidence informs the next cycle.

Simulations show proposed relationships and hypothetical activity. They do not establish confirmed partnerships, delivered services, or observed community outcomes. Report-based analysis and illustrative future workflows are identified within each journey.

PROPOSED SCENARIO / PUBLIC OVERVIEW

From an exhibit to continuing participation.

A person could encounter a community invitation, attend an introductory session, engage with an exhibit, join learning or creative activity, and return for a later event.

Institutional partners could contribute outreach, instruction, production support, access expertise, or evaluation. Their existing strengths become connected parts of a continuing initiative.

One initiative. Connected activities.

An initiative can contain exhibition projects, ongoing learning programs, and research. Programs may connect to several projects; research can examine defined questions across activities.

CDOS would help organize contributions, participation, and agreed measures. Research would follow its own applicable governance and consent process.
